Don’t Cheat Yourself

When you have bites and tastes of food or cheat just a little bit off of your plan during your six months transformation, it’s not that you’re cheating. What you’re actually doing is that you’re wasting your six months. You’re taking your old habits into your new life. In your new life there is no room for your own habits anymore.
Every single time you indulge or go off of the plan, you’re actually breaking down the strength of the new patterns that you are building in your mind. You are renewing your mind every single day as you resist temptation, as you resist food being entertainment.

Honestly, if you can’t obey a simple food plan for six month of your life, can you really do anything? I mean, it’s only six months, right?
