What Am I

I built my life on things of sand, so when life hit, it was torn away.
All my life is meaningless without You, God.
Wisdom, treasure, life itself are burdens without Your love.
Your love carries me into the future.
It holds me far from my past.
In my life where sin once abounded, it is no longer.
You’ve renewed my heart and mind.
You give me a life for ashes.
You are everlasting, unshakable Alpha and Omega.
I was once a slave to sin, but now I serve the Most High.
I was alone, but now I’m constantly in the presence of my King, my God, my Savior.
I’m a companion of angels, an inheritor of blessing.
I give my all to Christ.
I give Him all my strength, all my mind, all my soul.
I will seek You all my life.
I am saved by Your Son’s death.
While I was a sinner, You died for me.
I am saved through faith by grace.
It is a gift from God.
As my heart and mind are always renewed with each day, I’m thankful, knowing it is from You.
All my days are written in Your book of life.
My name is in that book, and one day I will see You face to face.
I know I am new because everyone in Christ is a new creation.
Old things pass away.
All things become new.
I am an inheritor of righteousness.
I am blessed coming in and blessed going out.
I have been justified through Christ.
My sin was crucified on that cross with my Savior.
He rose from the dead and now lives forever.
His plans are to prosper me, not to harm me.
They are plans of good and not evil.
Your goodness and blessing overwhelm me daily.
The thief comes to kill, steal, and destroy, but my Savior came to give life and life abundantly, so young men will dream dreams and old men see visions.
I will speak in tongues of angels because the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead lives and dwells in me.
The Word of God does not return void.
There is power over life and death in the tongue.
I will only speak life into myself and others because this is what Christ did for me.
